April is springtime in Japan, marking the cherry blossom (sakura) season.

To bring the essence of Japan's spring to our customers in Singapore, we have prepared a selection of limited-time sakura sweets.

Tea Time Rusk Cherry Blossom

A delicately baked rusk made from specially crafted French bread, coated with sakura-flavoured chocolate. The subtle cherry blossom aroma spreads with every bite, offering a light and crispy texture perfect for tea time.

Cherry Blossom Bouchee

A soft and fluffy cookie sandwich filled with sakura buttercream, made with white chocolate ganache and unsalted butter. Salt-pickled sakura leaves enhance the delicate floral aroma, while white chocolate chips add a pleasant texture.

Longevity Ring Sakura

A traditional German-style Baumkuchen made with fresh eggs and butter, infused with cherry blossom liqueur and salt-pickled sakura flowers. This refined cake offers a perfect balance of sweetness and subtle saltiness, capturing the essence of spring.
