Set within a charming old school building, INDUK Singapore operates in a spacious 3,500 sq-ft facility that set a new benchmark for training environments when it opened in 2010. Featuring a modern, open-concept design, the space reflects a commitment to quality coaching and structured programs. Fully air-conditioned and equipped with professional training aids, the dojangs are lined with safety mats to provide a safe and conducive environment for all students.
Head Instructor Lee Nari is a Kukkiwon-certified 7th Dan Black Belt with extensive international experience. She has served as the national coach for Iran and has taught in China and Japan. Leading a dedicated team of three full-time instructors, each coach brings unique strengths and a meticulous approach—focused on proper development, without shortcuts or quick promises.
INDUK Singapore offers Taekwondo training for all ages and genders, starting from as young as 30 months through to teens and adults. The focus extends beyond medals, aiming to cultivate strong mindsets and enrich lives through the training of both body and mind.
Training Programs
- INDUK Super-Tots (Ages 2½–3½)
A fun and structured introduction to Taekwondo for toddlers. This program focuses on developing motor skills, coordination, and basic strength in a safe, nurturing environment. Small class sizes ensure each child receives individual attention while learning to interact with peers.
- INDUK Toddlers (Ages 3–5)
Designed for both energetic and shy children, this program builds confidence, coordination, and social skills through Taekwondo-based activities. Students learn simple techniques such as basic punches and kicks, combined with playful exercises that improve balance and flexibility. A low student-to-teacher ratio ensures personalized guidance and a positive learning experience.
- INDUK Kidz
This program helps children develop strength, speed, flexibility, and stamina through structured training. Beyond physical skills, Taekwondo fosters discipline, patience, humility, and resilience.
The curriculum includes:
- Basic hand and kicking techniques
- Taeguk (forms)
- Sparring fundamentals
- Self-defense basics
