Our journey began with a simple yet powerful idea: to create a holistic after-school programme that seamlessly integrates student care and enrichment, giving families a trusted, all-in-one solution for their children’s development.
Our approach is deeply rooted in experiential learning, guided by our EXRAE framework—Experience, Reflect, Assimilate, Experiment. Inspired by research-backed pedagogies such as Kolb’s Experiential Learning Theory and Harvard’s Project Zero Thinking Routines, we embed these methodologies into our curriculum to cultivate curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking in every child.
At the heart of Changemakers is a team of passionate, MOE-experienced educators who are dedicated to guiding children through meaningful learning experiences. Our thoughtfully designed learning spaces strike a balance between structured education, self-exploration, and rest—creating an environment where children feel safe, supported, and inspired.
