Mrs. Maria Matera, mother of our restaurant’s manager, Andreano Carbotti, and also affectionately known as "Mamma Ria" returns!
Catch her in action at our theatre kitchen, making fresh handmade pastas such as Orecchiette, Cavatelli and Foglie - all treasured pasta varieties from her beloved hometown in Puglia, Southern Italy. Andreano’s father, Mr. Michelangelo Carbotti, who holds a master sommelier diploma with over a decade’s experience, will also be present as special wine sommelier.
